Proud to be a female-led indie with over 40 years of experience between us across all formats and genres of screen-based arts. Excited by the endless possibilities of telling amazing stories in innovative ways.

Wing Women

Projects with purpose, that we truly feel passionate and curious about, are what fuel our fire. We complement each other’s personal and professional qualities, bounce off each other creatively and share fundamental values. The vital importance of safeguarding is core to our working practices, using a trauma informed approach and involving the people we are telling the stories about in the decision-making process.

We bring our whole selves to work and consciously create a safe agile space that celebrates everyone’s unique value. We laugh every day, and learn as much as we lead – with kindness, vulnerability and boldness.

Why Say More?

Because there is always more to say.

Always more to feel, create, question and learn.

More to care about and more to change.

We are wildly curious about life and the experience of being human.

We care greatly about everyone having the right to use their own voice, and we are experts in crafting impactful ways to get them heard.

We are also very good at listening. We like to listen so hard you can change our minds.

Say More is a Call to Action.

It can be a gentle curious enquiry and nod of encouragement for someone to expand on a thought, memory or question. An invitation to go deeper and maybe braver, find more truth or clarity.

It can be a rallying cry to speak up and mobilise wherever there’s injustice and inequality.

Say More about our own needs and Say More in solidarity, allyship and advocacy for others.

There is always space for silence and reflection, to escape the noise we all have too much of. Say More is not about adding to the noise, it’s about tuning it out to Say More of what matters.

Meet the Founders

Amy Osborne

Amy is a highly skilled Senior Producer/Director in video production largely for the third sector, delivering meaningful, engaging content in both live action and animation. Using her wealth of experience and knowledge to build robust Creative Strategy ensures the opportunities of every brief are maximised.

Having spent her early career working in the FMCG arena, Amy produced immersive experiential activations for luxury global brands. She has a deep understanding of the consumer journey and how audience relationships build and evolve. As a freelance producer she worked with a variety of directors and production companies where she experienced many different briefs; from music videos and commercials, to impactful hard-hitting documentaries.

Amy's calm and approachable confidence creates a nurturing working atmosphere that brings the best out of everyone and upholds the highest standard of safeguarding. Passionate about inclusion and diversity, she is always learning new skills. Having completed Level 2 Certificate in Understanding Autism at Westminster College, she is excited by continuing training for personal and professional development in this area.

Amy lives in Kemptown, Brighton with her daughter and bouncy pointer.

Tanya Temple-Harris

Tanya is an ardently creative PD & Writer with a broad and diverse career history. Having worked closely with Hammer & Tongs during their most prolific years of making iconic music videos, she then had a rich education in casting at Candid Casting. This led her into the world of short film drama production at Breakthru Films where she worked alongside more remarkable talent and further developed her craft working on projects that picked up many major award wins and nominations.

As an Assistant Director on scripted drama for TV and film, she honed her skills of fast-paced multitasking and high stakes communication. She worked on various children’s TV projects too, including for BBC and Nickelodeon. Scriptwriting on various projects in Los Angeles and New York gave Tanya a solid grounding in collaborative creative processes. While living in LA she also produced a regular live music event alongside Jermaine Jackson Jr.

As a Development Producer for factual TV she deepened her understanding of broadcast commissioning, and also her passion for real-life meaningful storytelling. She is also very proud to have worked with Aubrey ‘Po’ Powell at Hipgnosis on a powerful feature documentary for the Nelson Mandela Foundation on worldwide HIV/AIDS awareness.

Late-diagnosed with ADHD herself, Tanya is passionate about adding her voice and experience to the ever-evolving understanding around neurodiversity.

Tanya now lives in Brighton with her three noisy boys aged 5, 9 and 47 (one of them is her partner).
